1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

• You must not already hold another active egg33 account. Duplicate or multi-accounting is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension.

• You must not be accessing egg33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

egg33 may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on egg33. Registration requires a valid email address, a chosen username, and a strong password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Account Security

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify egg33 support immediately via [email protected]. egg33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling any two-factor authentication or additional security features available on the platform.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. egg33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if there is evidence of terms violation, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behaviour. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on egg33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). egg33 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of local payment methods widely used across Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks.
• International card payments via Visa and Mastercard where supported.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may change and egg33 will notify users of material changes.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team and processed within the timeframes displayed at the point of request. egg33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly in cases where KYC verification has not been completed. All accounts must use payment methods registered in the account holder's own name — third-party payment sources are not permitted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

egg33 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi occasions — are subject to the individual promotion's terms in addition to these general terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly. The wagering requirement (rollover) must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• egg33 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, or device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Promotional offers have expiry dates. Unused bonus credit that has passed its validity period will be removed from the account automatically.

6. Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activities through the egg33 platform.
• Colluding with other players, casino employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for personal financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or unknown errors are void and will be recouped.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the egg33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of egg33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or modify any egg33 content without prior written consent.

The egg33 name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of egg33. All other marks, names, and logos used on the site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this platform should be construed as granting any licence to use any trademark without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, egg33 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if egg33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

egg33 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we implement SSL encryption and fair-play certified systems, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of all content.
